野花社区 Announces the Appointment of A. Nicole (Nic) Campbell and Walter Sweet as Interim Co-CEOs and Co-Presidents

野花社区 announces that the Board of Directors has appointed A. Nicole (Nic) Campbell and Walter Sweet as Interim Co-CEOs and Co-Presidents, effective immediately. Nic and Walter are exceptional leaders who possess deep knowledge of the organization and charitable intermediaries. Throughout their tenure at RPA, they have developed a strong partnership and shown their unwavering commitment to the organization鈥檚 values and mission.

With over fifteen years of experience in the public and private sectors, Nic Campbell previously served as RPA’s General Counsel. For her entire career, she has been a sought-after strategist and thought partner to philanthropists, philanthropies, collaboratives, movements, and nonprofit organizations in the United States, the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and around the world. Nic is the founder of Build Up Companies, a federated group of companies comprised of Build Up Advisory Group, The Campbell Law Firm, and Build Up, Inc., which is focused on transforming outcomes for vulnerable and marginalized communities.

In his previous role as RPA’s Senior Vice President, Walter Sweet has significantly contributed to the organization鈥檚 growth and success, leading all program teams. He has served as executive in charge of advisory and sponsored project practice and led some of RPA’s most complex and high-profile client relationships. Walter’s tenure has been defined by promoting RPA’s mission of accelerating philanthropy in pursuit of a just world.
